Visited Big City Wings in Cypress TX today for lunch. We ordered Onion Rings which were crispy and had great flavor. We also had Garlic Parmesan and Honey Mustard wings. Our guest had a generous fried chicken sandwich. Wing portions were of good size and quality. For me better than many wing places. Great wings but legit every time I get something here they mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. please the management of this location do something to improve.

First and last time going to this place. I'd rather go to the one on Hwy 6. Our waiter was amazing, we had issues with the assistant manager Melanie. Extremely unprofessional and she should not have been left alone to manage the restaurant considering how rude she was. SERVICE SUCKS! I've tried this location 4 times and all four times my order was wrong. I went on different days of the week, different times of the day, and even tried dine in/take out.
