Moving just under 800 Miles away, reserved a 20ft cargo, last minute I called hoping to get a 24, well with in a few minutes they where able to make that happen for me, and I LOVE these trailers, I have hauled a ton of stuff my life, X-Class A driver too, loading this thing with 2 Harleys, and half my house, Handled LIKE a dream. Great experience. New clean safe trailers. They even swapped out for a smaller one when we got there because what we picked was way too big. Easy pickup and drop off. Too bad they’re an hour away in the opposite direction of our trip. Ken in the office was great and the other fellow hooked it up on our ball! Highly recommend this yard.

Incredible trailer!!! I had originally planned on renting with Uhaul. After several attempts to rent an enclosed trailer for one week, Uhaul called me one week before I was due to go out of town and my reservation was cancelled. I call Big Trailer Rentals and they were easily able to help me. When I went to pick up the trailer they were very helpful. The trailer was so nice. The trailer was in excellent condition, and ready for a 3000 mile trip, they explained everything about the trailer, and what to do if something happened. When I returned. Had vehicle issues and all the folks working there went out of way to assist me, Can’t tell how important that was to me, as I was feeling a little beat up. Great place and people.

Picked up trailer on a Saturday, we moved an RV from San Diego to Bakersfield. A small complication but with Ken's help we got it all squared away, I would definitely use them again for any trailering we might have to do. Thank You again
