From start to finish, Bill and Emily kept us informed of all paperwork and needed requests pertaining to our refinancing and made everything so easy and seamless. Most importantly is the fact that our interest rate was lowered along with our payment thus allowing us to payoff sooner and we switched our homeowners insurance per Bill’s recommendation and have lowered our premium without lowering our coverage. The whole process start to finish was easier than a 16 year old on Prom Night.
