Bill and Emily worked really hard (and patiently) to find a way for us to qualify for a mortgage. As a small business owner for only two years, we were dismissed outright by one mortgage company and turned down twice by Navy Federal. But Atlantic Bay found a way to make it possible for us to buy our home.

Everything went as well as it could, considering the circumstances. My only comment is that there should've been more notice of any changes or events. Everything was a last minute notice which is very, very frustrating.

They were always available if I had questions or if I need to drop something, they would be at the office specifically to pick up my paperwork.
