Bill advised me at the beginning of 2020 that it would not be in my best interest at that time. Interest rates, while low, weren't low enough for it to make sense financially. Fast forward several months and the situation changed. He found a rate that worked for me and when we locked in, it was actually a bit lower than that. You can trust Bill and Churchill to work in your best interest.
