With interest rates falling this year, I decided it would be beneficial to look into refinancing my mortgage. I originally began my refinance with another company, who, on paper, looked like the best choice. Their lack of communication and inability to answer my questions really didn’t sit well with me. A family member asked if I had looked at Churchill during this process which, unfortunately, I had not. Ultimately, I was connected with Bill, who simplified the process and put my mind at ease.

We got a great rate. Even though the process took longer than expected and there was some lack of coomunication, Churchill honored the rate lock and we did not end up having to bring cash to closing. All in all it was a positive experience.

Attention to detail. When Bill saw that interest rates were going lower than when first quoted to me, he started the process over to help make sure that I would get the best refinance loan rate that was to my advantage; rather than moving forward and completing the deal. I appreciated the way he kept our best interest in mind.
