Bill wasn’t intimidated at all by our unique circumstance of having credit that could drop off at any moment. He laid out all of our options in a clear manner and helped us form a plan and contingency plan. He did all the background work so that no matter what happened on closing day we were covered. His obvious capability let us relax.

Bill was very kind and helpful but more importantly he listened. He always gave the best advice for my refinance. He made sure the process was easy for me as well. Communication was never a problem. He was always prompt and easy to talk to. If I didn’t understand something he would explain as many times as I needed to make sure I understood.

Churchill is great for people like us who have a less conventional employment or home ownership situation. They made it so easy to get approved because they look at the whole person and situation, not just numbers on a page. The only negatives were slight disorganization and miscommunication among the Churchill employees we dealt with. Everything worked out great, though and we would choose them again!!
