I gave him all 5s but the stars didnt light to indicate the score. He and his team were patient, instructional, supportive, and just overall fantastic to deal with. The process for me was easy and seamless with simple instructions and thorough follow-up throughout the process, which only took a month at most. Maybe it was 3 weeks? He understood immediately what I wanted and needed to do as someone wanting to pay off debt using Dave Ramsey's FPU. I highly recommend Bill Elling to everyone!
