After a less than favorable experience with another Churchhill broker on the purchase of our primary residence, we were a little hesitant about using Churchill on a refi. However, from the first contact with Bill, it was apparent this would be a whole different experience. Bill went to great lengths to explain the market and how it affected the rates. Bill was extremely informative and offered friendly advice and guidance throughout the process. He also kept me informed as each step in the process was handed off to another member of his team making the process very smooth and seamless. If something needed attention he was also always there to step in and offer clarification and call to action members of his team to address any concerns. In a commoditized business this is difficult to do but Bill and team do a wonderful job.
