Bill did a great job explaining everything! He is very easy to talk to and ask questions. Throughout the whole process Bill and the rest of the team did an amazing job at keeping us informed on how far along we were in the process. They were quick to get back to us if we called and had any questions. I would highly recommend Bill and his team at Churchill Mortgage!

I did not receive any updates on process of the loan. Closing date was first quoted on 11/15, we not close until 11/30. I had trouble reaching office and did not receive call backs. I did not feel like a valued customer. I did not hear from Churchill on the actual closing date or after to confirm or answer further questions.

Bill did a great job but once the refi moved onto underwriting things were out of his hands more or less. Our appraiser was HORID and I felt like I had to pull teeth to get clear communication from the rest of his team. Bill personally was great but the "overall experience" this time around was not. I did a refi with Bill a fee years back and that experience was excellent. This one, not so much.

Perpetual requests beyond the initial information I submitted are ridiculous. Wasn't Bill or TK's fault as they are powerless. The problem is likely at title co. Those of us who live by the rules have to supply waaaaay more than we should have to because of others who don't. The only negative comment I have is to be careful about "blaming" Capital Farm Credit for a delay. They were all over it and even FEDEXed the Doc to you. Problem was with your atty who wouldn't apply common sense.

We were told that we would be receiving a refund on our last Bank of America payment. Bank of America said that there is no over-payment. You called for a new payoff; however, it was not included in our funding so we received $2100.00 less than we were told we would receive.

Was not regularly updated on the progress. Agent and I had to reach out to various people multiple times.
