Terrible customer service!
RecommendedActually the tech was about to recommend replacing the compressor or the entire unit. When I suggested replacing the capacitor , he did and that's all it took. Beats paying thousands for a complete system. Besides it was under the manufacture warranty.
Unit was not working. Bill Leary's team put in refrigerant and said we had a leak and needed to replace the unit at $8k - $10k. Got a second opinion that the unit had a clog, the refrigerant was now OVERLOADED and we did not need a new unit. New company fixed the issue and now everything is working fine. I would not recommend this company.
