RecommendedWe had a few very complicated problems with our heating system. It is a combination water heater and furnace. Lou had to come back 3 times, as we had trouble with the actuator, check valve, and circulator all at the same time. Lou was on the phone several times with the manufacturer when making the necessary repairs. I know they tested his patience to the limit, but he handled it very professionally.
