We looked and worked hard for so long to buy a house and got to the point where we didn't think it was going to happen and then we found Bill McDonald. He was excellent throughout the whole process and Van Dyke was great to work with their app was easy and providing all documents was easy. If your in good shape or struggling to get financed Bill will get it done. Thank you so much Bill we can't express how much this meant to us.
Bill and his team were extremely helpful in the whole process and even went above and beyond to close as quickly as possible. It was nice to be updated through text that included all the pertinent parties. Their app/website may the whole closing process go smoothly and quicker.
