We were having difficulties with the closing on our house, to the point that it kept getting pushed. This caused issues with our move out date in our apartment. To say the least we almost became homeless. Bill and his team did everything they could to get the paperwork done so we could close and move out before we lost our apartment.
Bill at Van Dyke and his team has always treated me good through the processes of purchasing and refinancing my home. The process can become stressful but Bill and his team were always there to answer any questions or assist in any way to help me through it. It makes a difference when you are dealing with people whom seem to care about you through the process and making sure you are comfortable like they did. Thank you for everything!

The loan team was very professional and helpful throughout the process on our loan. We would use them again without hesitation.
Working with Bill and his team was a great. They were able to anticipate possible issues and prepared me for them with ready made solutions. The team was well informed and great at explaining the odds and ends of the process. I would highly recommend the team to any who are looking to buy a home or refinance their current home.
Everyone was always very quick to answer any questions and Bill even took time out of his day to Zoom call with us to explain details we had questions about.
