I just wish there was a rating higher than Excellent, Awesome and Great. Bill was always there when I needed answers, He also was constantly checking in on me. He took time to explain every detail to me. He held my hand through this whole process. There were a lot of bumps in the road (not his doing) but he made sure I was okay, financially,mentally, and emotionally. He also let me know that if I have any questions or concerns in the future I could contact him.
