The constant communication to me and my clients. ** The closing did not happen on because of the Seller. He did not have authorization from the court to sell. They had to go through the process to get authorization and it pushed the closing date out further.

I just wish there was a rating higher than Excellent, Awesome and Great. Bill was always there when I needed answers, He also was constantly checking in on me. He took time to explain every detail to me. He held my hand through this whole process. There were a lot of bumps in the road (not his doing) but he made sure I was okay, financially,mentally, and emotionally. He also let me know that if I have any questions or concerns in the future I could contact him.
