Bill was simply fantastic!!! I had worked with him on a previous refi, which was more difficult due to my situation as a self employed individual. This time everything went very smoothly. He guided me thru the whole process and was even able to get the escrow done early!!! He was professional, took the time to answer every question to my satisfaction, and made himself available to me after normal business hours, which really fit my busy schedule.
