Bill was excellent at walking us first time homebuyers through the process and giving great tips and advice on how to navigate forms, due dates, mail, etc. His responses were always quick and he even made himself available on the weekends. We were so lucky to work with Bill and will be recommending him to everyone we know going through the process.
