Carlos and crew did a great job installing carpet and vinyl tile flooring in our home. They were friendly and easy to work with. The layout of our home presented an unusual challenge in that the floor plan has many angular details. In spite of this layout, they installed the carpet and flooring with careful attention to these details. When complete, they did a thorough and careful cleanup. Needless to say, we are very pleased with the job done by Carlos and his crew.
Jerry was a great salesman to work with. I decided to change from carpet to vinyl and he helped me to figure it all out. Great place and excellent service. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service all the way around! Ernie, my salesman, was knowledgeable and friendly, patiently explaining all of my carpeting options while being mindful of my budget. He was truly a professional, no-pressure salesman. Melanie, the operations manager, worked with me when my carpet installation had to be rescheduled twice (this was NO FAULT of Bill's Carpet, it was delayed in transit), even offering me a generous credit for my inconvenience. The very best customer service. A great experience from initial contact to completed project. Dave was very helpful in planning our tile project and Matt was the best in providing very responsive customer service. You can’t go wrong with this company.
This is about the 5 th time we have used Bills Carpet Center and I can't imagine going any where else! From the sales person Joe who is always so helpful to the installers Dan and Pete who did a great job - I can't recommend them enough!!
Above and beyond, professionalism with a smile is what Dave delivered. We had small issue with the installation and Dave got the job done. Would definitely recommend Bill's Carpet Center.
