Above and beyond, professionalism with a smile is what Dave delivered. We had a small issue with a carpet installation and Dave got the job done. Definitely would recommend Bill's Carpet Center.

We went to Bill's looking for a carpet runner for our stairs and hall. Although we had taken measurements, the store manager, David McKeown helped us to understand the additional material we would need. David saved us from a costly and labor intensive mistake. His attention to detail and customer service speaks volumes. I would recommed anyone needing carpet, tile or any kind of flooring to go to Bill's carpet and furniture center. We worked with salesman Ernie Wheeler to replace our living room carpeting. He was great with helping us choose exactly what we wanted. The installation crew of Kinicki, Mike and Pete were awesome. They called to let us know they were on their way and arrived prior to the set time. They worked well together, were fun to interact with and did a great job. The carpet looks GREAT! We highly recommend Bill's Carpet Center and will definitely use them again when we need any additional flooring.

We recently had all of the carpets in our house replaced by Bill’s Carpet Center. It was a large job; one I was both excited and nervous for. However, my worries were for nothing. From the guidance of our sales person Deanna, to the quality of the carpet, the professionalism of the installers and the follow through of Matt, the owner, it all surpassed my expectations. I don’t usually write reviews but I was extremely impressed by Mike and Pete who installed my carpeting. Both were very professional and timely. The carpet was beautifully installed and I couldn’t be more pleased. They even mentioned that my old padding was better than what I had purchased so that saved us money. Dave, our salesperson was very knowledgeable. I had to reschedule my original installation date and they were very accommodating.
Was referred to Bill's by an acquaintance and was glad he did. Dave McKewon was my main contact and he was friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond with customer service. Would definitely recommend!
