My experience was awesome! My internet bill has slowly creeped up over the years and they were able to get it back down to the original price for the next year and another deep discount for the year after that! Completely worth the money for these regular savings

Denise was very nice and she helped me lock in a good rate for my internet service as well as getting a statement credit. I have talked to my internet provider in the past and have never gotten anywhere when it comes to savings or deals so this was a relief. Overall her service was JAWSOME :)
They renegotiated my cable bill after my one year contract was over. This happened automatically with No input from me. Aurora called to let me know she had saved me $20 a month. It was not a great savings but everything helps.
