Amazing support with no pushing a personal agenda of sorts by the representative, Noi. Also asked if I needed help with other expenses of which I did not originally think about. Very friendly and even mentioned that I could reach out to them, personally, in the future if I need assistance. It's very rare to interact with a customer service sort of environment where I don't end it with feeling frustrated. 11/10 would recommend!
