Dave did a great job communicating with spectrum to lower my bill. Although I have the lowest rate available, he was able to get me at one time credit on my account. Bonus!
Was happy to have my bill reduced without me having to get involved.
Tim did professional job and was able to lower my payments right away.
Denise was very helpful and helped save me money even got me a loyalty bonus!

I requested for BILLSHARK service for my internet provider bill back in August and Holly did an awesome job getting me a bill credit for my service even though my bill was already in a promotional offer. Not sure how she managed to get the one time credit but I’m convinced and happy with the service provided to me by Holly. Looking forward to working with you again for my other monthly service bills.
