Overall well, i do however believe persons would be happier if there weren't so many people involved in closing process. Three persons would be plenty and make for a less stress process. OnQ and Becky Coley team did an awesome job as always. Very efficient and on time as a Realtor listing the home and the Buyer is working with OnQ it holds a lot of weight in the offer. The reason is when they preapprove someone I am confident as a Selling Agent the deal will get done and on time. I highly recommend them.
