OnQ and Becky Coley team did an awesome job as always. Very efficient and on time as a Realtor listing the home and the Buyer is working with OnQ it holds a lot of weight in the offer. The reason is when they preapprove someone I am confident as a Selling Agent the deal will get done and on time. I highly recommend them.

Agent was available even after normal business hours when most agents are not handling calls. Was very responsive and attentive and made getting the loan we needed easy even when one fell through he was quick to explain options and get us back on track with the right loan, not just the one that made him the most commission.
