Really clean movie theater with good picture and sound systems. I went to the matinee a few times and it's less expensive than a major movie theater. Food was decent and staff were very nice. The seats recline and you have little trays to put your food and whatnot. Only reason not 5 stars is because the pizza kitchen/bar don't open until later and some of the reclining seats needs to be fixed or replaced.
This was actually my first visit to Premiere Cinema in Biloxi, and unfortunately, it may be my last. My experience started off with confusion when trying to receive our tickets. After that, we went to the concession stand to order food, where the cashier asked to see our tickets. At no point had anyone explained where or how to pick them up. Was cool, I'm I'm a wheelchair and don't do the movies often but I can't complain much. I rolled in, got a soda, parked in the handicap wheelchair people spot. The people above me kept farting so they wasn't cool, but that's not the theaters fault. Man I know times are tough, but if you can't handle beans, tru another option. All in all it was a matinee so prices were good, the soda was good. The audio and picture was good.
Tonight I encountered the rudest employee. I’m sure when she was hired her attitude was in check and she would never act so disrespectful around her boss. You shouldn’t allow this type of employee at your front. She clearly didn’t want to be there. She never said a word to us. I asked her a question regarding payment and she said “I don’t know” like it was her job not to know the machine she was operating. My daughter had to step in and help. Absolutely loved this place. Im used to AMC but my girlfriend and I both had a great experience. Seats and screens are up to date, you pour your own popcorn, good fun time
