Biltmore Commons Dental Care is one of the most polite and caring dental offices you will ever go into. My recent visit started the moment I walked into the front door with a pleasant "Hello Daniel" from Emily. It ended with a very friendly and caring "Have a great day" from Dr Sadowski. They ALL show they care for me and my teeth. That caring attitude shows in the quality of work they do on my teeth also. They will always be my Dental Family!!
Still feeling out the dentist's themselves after my dentist of several years retired from the practice. However, one thing is still consistent, and that is the customer service.
Gums are healing great. Shelly is wonderful. Your staff is always freindly and helpful.I recomend Biltmore Commons Dental as often as possible.
After an online search of best dentists in Phoenix, I called to make my first appointment. From the receptionist, to the Dental Hygene Specialist, to the Dentist, to the Billing Manager, to the Appointment Scheduling Coordinator (without exception)... The Staff at Biltmore Commons Dental Care was courteous / friendly, professional, informative!!! Surely one of the best dental care teams I've ever known!!!
I can not say enough good things about the dentists and the staff at Biltmore Commons Dental! I love the fact that they provide such a high level of personal service when I walk through the doors....yes, even if it is every week! :) Knowing that with each visit I am getting the best care and my confidence in my smile is coming back one visit at a time! I truly enjoy the service and expertise in dental care I receive from Shelly (my hygenist). She is friendly, knowledgable and a true pleasure. I am picky about my service providers- PCP, hair stylist, etc & needed to find a new dentist as the one I was previously seeing was not meeting my expectations. Visited this office at the reccomendation of a friend, although she had seen the dentist at another practice rather than here at Biltmore so wasn't sure exactly what to expect from the overall office.
