As someone with an extreme fear of the dentist I entered the office certain I would have a terrible experience. From the moment I checked in to the moment I left I was treated with respect, understanding and patience. Though they denied it, I am certain I was a bit of challenge yet everyone went above and beyond doing their best to put me at ease. LOVED MY HYGIENIST. SHE DID A GREAT JOB. THE DENTIST WAS VERY NICE, BUT I AM NOT SURE I REALLY NEED ALL THE WORK DONE HE RECOMMENDED, ESPECIALLY AT WHAT IT WILL COST. THE COST OF MY CLEANING AND XRAYS WERE MORE THAN I ANTICIPATED, HOWEVER I REALIZE A FULL MOUTH X-RAY IS NOT CHEAP
It was my first cleaning experience with Jennifer and she was terrific! This new hydro sonic (or whatever you call it) cleaning instrument was fantastic--and she's a master at it! Give that girl a raise! Carol Ellis
The office was clean and nicely decorated, and quite high tech. The staff was friendly, including the dentist I saw, Dr. Balestrino. Overall, this was a surprisingly pleasant dentist experience and I'd definitely recommend to others!
