I enjoy (who enjoys going to the dentist?)the interaction with the staff. I feel that the billing system could be improved. Many people don't have the extra funds to leave in the dental office and the reimbursement took too long.

I was in abd out in 15 minutes for a filling. I have dealt with both dentists now. I'm very happy with this office. Wonderful staff.
Dental care was great in all aspects. I can not think of anything negative to say. I have a phobia about dentists and oral activity but the care at this Office deminishes that phobia substancially.

Moving to a new city can be exciting; however, I found myself having to find a new Dentist. Biltmore Commonds Dental Care was recommended to me. I've been in twice, now, and find their entire team/staff to be friendly, real, and compassionate. Now that my daughter has moved here, I have recommended them to her.
