Friendly & caring Staff is so patient with my kids and loving- wouldn’t go anywhere’s else

My son says 5 star service! CJ stated that the brushing & flossing experience was painless. Also, the dentist was nice. He always enjoys his visits.
The visit itself was great. The only complaint I have is that we weren't told when we made the appt that they wouldn't check patients in until 2:00pm. Multiple people, including myself, showed up on time (some a little early so they could do paperwork) and the front desk just watched everyone through the glass until the clock hit 2:00 exactly. I feel lunches should have been timed better so we could have been called to the back at our appt time rather than 20 minutes later.
My kids have been going here before they even had teeth. It has always been a very kid friendly atmosphere.
