Professional and friendly It was my son first time at the dentist, they was very friendly and professional. My son didn’t cry at all. I am very happy with their service.
My son was being difficult for his first big boy check up but melissa was so good with him. I appreciate how gentle and relaxed she was with my 3 year old.
They did great Good service and nice employees at the New Orleans office. I did not like the Harvey office. The only issue is that you’re not allowed to bring siblings back so you have to let your child go back by themselves ehich I do not like. However they did their job and were kind and informed me of the process.
Staff was very friendly and very engaged to keep my son calm and cooperative. They all did a good job
Super friendly and accomodating So very friendly and extremely patient with my son (3yrs old) who is still very wary of people touching/examining him. Dentist played along and examined his invisible friend first to help him feel more at ease. When he felt unsure or uncomfortable all the staff was great at being patient and trying to help him have a positive dental experience.
I moved down to New Orleans about a year ago looking for a dentist, but my daughter is there and I have a great service.
Patient experience I brought both of my children for their first visit yesterday. My experience was phenomenal. The receptionist came to the lobby to check and make sure there were no concerns prior to being seen. This was a wonderful touch/gesture of compassion I have never seen anywhere else. The hygenist was awesome and neither one of my children were afraid. Overall great experience!! Loved the play area for the children!!
Very Personable Bippo's is a wonderful pediatric dentist office. I have two kids that visit Bippos, one is 13yr old and 4yr old. My 13 yr old always just get a cleaning giving tooth care instruction and sent out. The 4yr old always need some work done. He's not fond of the dentist office at all. Between the dental assistant's & doctors doing their best to calm him, it really helps with his anxiety a whole lot. I'm so far for the last 7 or 8 years pleased with the service provided by Bippos. Thanks for everything
Paxton’s dentist visit on Wednesday 6/13/18 Today’s visit went well .my only concern is that Paxton has a cavity and it cannot be filled until September.I think that is a little to long to wait for a tooth to be filled .In the time from June until September we might have a bad tooth problem waiting that long for a tooth to be filled
