High Quality Service My son has been going here for about 5 years now. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great for children. Best Peds dentist ever.
Very impressed with my first visit! My daughter fell and chipped a tooth today. I called Bippo’s and they offered me an appointment the same day, within that hour! When we arrived, I immediately noticed the CLEAN and kid-friendly atmosphere! My daughter loved watching the trains go around along the ceiling. The staff at the front desk were kind, professional, and helpful. When we were called back, we waited less than 2 minutes to see the dentist. Visit today I was very pleased with the manner in which the staff handled my child today.
Very friendly (mostly) We had a good first experience at the New Orleans location with our two year old. All staff was very friendly, with the exception of our dental assistant that took care of the questions and info before seeing the dentist. She just did not seem like she knew the information she was supposed to be relating to us (reading straight from computer and quietly, so it was difficult to understand) and wasn’t real sure of the questions she was asking. Friendliest Dental Care in Town We love, love, love Bippo's. Our children are always enthusiastic to go visit, not just because of the fun play areas, but because all the staff are kind and take time to explain what's going on during their various procedures. We always look forward to our next appointments.
