Sealants for young ones can be tough Typically we have no issue with Bippo's - friendly staff and professional. But my youngest was scheduled for sealants and he really had a hard time with it. Apparently it tastes very bad and is really uncomfortable. I was told it would be a quick 10 minutes but I would have appreciated a little warning regarding the whole ordeal. This dentist office is the best my son mouth was hurting since friday I left a message on there machine about 10:00pm Sunday night and received a call back less then five minutes and they gave me appointment the next day for 8:30 am this dentist office I highly recommend and they are friendly with great service
Great place Very patient and explains everything to the kids. Friendly and helpful. Clean facilities from lobby, bathroom to equipment. Kids love the activities while waiting. Puts my kids at ease.
Excellent Customer Service I was a day early to my children's appointment due to an oversight. I was told very professionally that the appointment was indeed for the next day. As I gathered my things and children, the receptionist reached out and said that she would be able to squeeze me in. She smiled and was very polite. I appreciate that kind of service even when I was the one in error. I would recommend this company 10X's over. I am glad I made the change. My kids love the atmosphere and I love the service.
My son recommended Bippo's to his younger brother My 4 year old son immediately warmed to the atmosphere and office at Bippo's. He loves trains so the elevated trains and track were a definite plus. The staff made him feel at ease, joked with him, and praised him throughout the dental procedures. They regularly asked him throughout the procedure how he was doing and if he was okay.
