Friendly fun and understanding My daughter has Asperger's and is very aware of everything. Everyone is so helpful by letting her see the tools and explaining everything that is done. She had to be sedated in the past, but not anymore! She is completely comfortable and is actually looking forward to getting braces!!!
My girls love Bippo's!
Everyone is always friendly! However, we waited for an hour and twenty minutes past the appointment time to be seen. It always seems to be a long wait.
Professional, family oriented, and understanding My 3 year daughter was scheduled to have a crown. She had the happy gas and it did not work as planned it made her anxious and fidgety which is turn made me more nervous. The staff was so patient and understanding. Professional, friendly staff that cares about kids I love Bippo's. The staff and dentists are always caring and compassionate. They listen to me and discuss what will be happening on the visit that day. My child is deaf and they make her feel very comfortable.
The dentist and assistants were great. Schedular at checkout was very rude when trying to make follow up. I don't like when people just make a appointment for me. I am a full time nurse who workers Monday-Friday 8:30-5. She was upset because I couldn't work with offices available appointments. It was CRAZY that there were no open appointments 6 months from now. Not sure if I will return for this issues. This person needs to have a review how to treat someone with kindness.
Easy visit
Friendly, Professional Sevice Dr Tessa and her staff went above and beyond for my daughter's first filling. We have been going to Bippos for over 3 years now and my daughter loves it there. I was a nervous wreck and really thought my daughter would not do well with her cavity filling, but Dr. Tessa met with me before the procedure to tell me exactly what the plan was, and what we would do if that plan did not work (alternate plan).
