Professional service My 4 yr old had to get his first of four dental procedures today. All the staff were friendly, explained the procedure to me well, and made him feel comfortable.
The staff and physicians were very polite and the visit went smoothly.
Always a pleasure My nephew Daniel, has been going to bippos place for smiles for many years. He is a special needs gentleman now and they always treat him with respect and are very kind to him. He enjoys his dental experience.
cleanning visit It was the quickest visit ever!!!
Happy with my toddler's first dental visit I was overall happy with my 2 yr old's first dental visit. He did not receive a cleaning, just a check-up. The only thing I have to complain about is that we waited in the waiting room for about 25 minutes for a dentist to come in and do the check-up. However, she was very efficient, gentle, and professional while she did the check-up.
Quick visit The staff & Dr. Jill were friendly, professional, and thorough. It took about an hour for X-rays and cleaning, even though they were super busy. They referred us to Ortho to get ahead of underbite issue and showed me we had a perm tooth coming in crooked due to baby tooth hasn't fell out. Offered sealants and yay no cavities!
Nicholas's cleaning Nickolas, felt that the hygienist was in a rush during his cleaning. His comment to me was that she was fast and ruff, his gums were bleeding and hurt. This is the first time he has ever complained about anything during the visit.
I was concerned about the nitrous oxide because Madison didn't like the way it made her feel. So they didn't give it to her and they took their time with her to make her comfortable. The assistant stayed by Madison's side to comfort her while they worked on her cavity. (Sorry I don't remember her name). Madison said next time she will use the nitrous! Dentist was great with children The dentist was extremely friendly and welcoming with my twin boys (age 2). She was very helpful in answering my questions and offering dental advice.
