Called Electric Plus, Inc. and within one week I had the proper box installed and hot tube functions properly. Electric Plus was very professional and timely. We are new to using the BirdEye Chatbot. I had very specific questions about how to implement after hours answers from Robin. Support representative gave good directions and suggestions on how to maximize effectiveness of our answers to patients when we are not available for phone calls.
