My review of a recent service call from John Ray & Son's energy company's Technician #89, Kyle. I had water in my basement from a leak. Kyle was prompt and did an exceptional inspection of my boiler and associated mechanicals. He was through, and explained every aspect of the problem and solution. He designed my gorgeous backyard landscape, effectively trimmed overgrown trees and shrubs, corrected an issue created by another contractor, added stone features around trees and garden spaces, maintains my yard to perfection, and makes excellent suggestions on how to manage my yard in the Texas heat.
