"Easy to use Review Management software" What do you like best about Birdeye? Ease of navigation and overall use. Allowing me to segment my locations is a big plus and post directly to social media! Hi Chris! You can certainly view the dashboard past 30 days. If you click "Time Period" on the filter, a drop-down of times will appear. My review of a recent service call from John Ray & Son's energy company's Technician #89, Kyle. I had water in my basement from a leak. Kyle was prompt and did an exceptional inspection of my boiler and associated mechanicals. He was through, and explained every aspect of the problem and solution. He was very very knowledgeable and answered all my questions . Kyle was patient and went well above his job professionally. It was a pleasure.

He designed my gorgeous backyard landscape, effectively trimmed overgrown trees and shrubs, corrected an issue created by another contractor, added stone features around trees and garden spaces, maintains my yard to perfection, and makes excellent suggestions on how to manage my yard in the Texas heat.
