"Great tool to have!" What do you like best about Birdeye? What we like best is being able to do everything in one spot, from messaging patients for reminders for appointments to be able to reply to reviews. My review of a recent service call from John Ray & Son's energy company's Technician #89, Kyle. I had water in my basement from a leak. Kyle was prompt and did an exceptional inspection of my boiler and associated mechanicals. He was through, and explained every aspect of the problem and solution. He was very very knowledgeable and answered all my questions . Kyle was patient and went well above his job professionally. It was a pleasure.
