"Great access to information." What do you like best about Birdeye? The website is amazing and the UI is simple. Being able to sort through date ranges, by website is great. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The app is not at intuitive as the site. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to acknowledge my team quicker. Also able to see connections on which manager is able to run smoother shifts.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The maintenance team at The 1800 at Barrett Lakes Apartments is a great group of professionals. My review of a recent service call from John Ray & Son's energy company's Technician #89, Kyle. I had water in my basement from a leak. Kyle was prompt and did an exceptional inspection of my boiler and associated mechanicals. He was through, and explained every aspect of the problem and solution. He was very very knowledgeable and answered all my questions . Kyle was patient and went well above his job professionally. It was a pleasure.

He designed my gorgeous backyard landscape, effectively trimmed overgrown trees and shrubs, corrected an issue created by another contractor, added stone features around trees and garden spaces, maintains my yard to perfection, and makes excellent suggestions on how to manage my yard in the Texas heat.
