Great for companies to see how well or bad they are doing with customer service What do you dislike about Birdeye? nothing very good resource, keep location positive for current and future customers What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? No problems, sometimes tough for not so happy customers, they dont have a live person to speak with. BEnefits are to see how well you are doing and what you can fix or solve.

I finally decided to listen to my friends and get hearing aids. I went to the Griffin office, where Rynda took care of me. Her professionalism and knowledge were impeccable.
