"Our company has worked with Birdeye over the past year." What do you like best about Birdeye? The easy functionality and quick updates What do you dislike about Birdeye? Only downside is we have multiple people attached to some areas and if one person opts out of email the entire group stops receiving emails. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are better able to isolate problems our customers are having across a large footprint. The direct feedback options is great also.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The maintenance team at The 1800 at Barrett Lakes Apartments is a great group of professionals. Every time I’ve submitted a maintenance request, they have been timely in getting the issue taken care of and are very good about following up to make sure everything has been resolved. My review of a recent service call from John Ray & Son's energy company's Technician #89, Kyle. I had water in my basement from a leak. Kyle was prompt and did an exceptional inspection of my boiler and associated mechanicals. He was through, and explained every aspect of the problem and solution. He was very very knowledgeable and answered all my questions . Kyle was patient and went well above his job professionally. It was a pleasure.

Adam Tress always delivers a beautiful landscaping job! He designed my gorgeous backyard landscape, effectively trimmed overgrown trees and shrubs, corrected an issue created by another contractor, added stone features around trees and garden spaces, maintains my yard to perfection, and makes excellent suggestions on how to manage my yard in the Texas heat.
