In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. Their mission was simple: create a fun and friendly atmosphere where the local community could enjoy huge portions of home-style cooking at a reasonable price. Black Bear Diner is a favorite & the American Fork store DIDN'T disappoint!! It was yummy & awesome as usual!! The service was fast & friendly. We ended up having an extra person come that we didn't expect so they had to move us to a bigger table. They did it fast. The food came out very fast & it was cooked to perfection! The waiter got an extra dollar tip from each one at the table because of the amazing service. They get a usual 5 Stars from me & my table!! Go Black Bear Diner!!!

My husband and I wanted to take our kids out for dinner without going to fast food or the same old places. Neither of us had ever been here before tonight. The meatloaf was probably the best I've ever had. Everything was fresh and so good! Even my kids loved it!! We will be back again!!
