RecommendedMy husband and I wanted to take our kids out for dinner without going to fast food or the same old places. Neither of us had ever been here before tonight. The meatloaf was probably the best I've ever had. Everything was fresh and so good! Even my kids loved it!! We will be back again!!
We love Black Bear. The only reason I gave 4 rather than 5 is because your cashier needs to learn there is a BIG difference between 15% and $15.00.
My husband and I went for Thanksgiving. It was very crowded but we only waited 15-20 minutes to get seated. Our waitress was prompt and friendly. The food coming out of the kitchen looked great and we were excited to get ours. It came in a timely manner ( except my dinner salad that came AFTER the meal) and everything was delicious.
Love the Black bear diner at American Fork, everything ive had was good and cant wait to try more. its my new favorite place for breakfast. Ive already recommended it to my friends and family and to anyone reading this :)

My husband and I have been to the AF location twice and the Orem location once. The first time, a few minor details on our food was missed. But it was quickly fixed. I have loved everything I have ordered and tried so far. My favorites are the breakfast chicken fried steak and my new favorite is the California Eggs Benedict! If you had a bad experience once, definitely try again. The manager at the American Fork store has many years of experience and she will always make it right. We will definitely be going back many times!... read more

We had a lovely meal at the diner last night (11/17). We loved our server Dane who was cheerful, upbeat and very caring of our wants! The turkey gravy is fantastic. We were there again today (11/20), and we didn't get Dane for our server, but he recognized us and came by our table to get us drinks, and he remembered that I like cranberry sauce with my turkey, so when our food arrived he showed up with the cranberry...
