We have been to this location a few times and always loved the food, however today was different and disappointing. I ordered the brisket with fries and the food tasted like it had been microwaved ,the fries were stale and hard to chew . My husband ordered the Santa Maria dri tip and was also disappointed with the flavor and texture . Only good thing was my daughters food that was Macaroni and cheese with fruit .

used to have some pretty waitress, what happen, that's only reason I like stopping there, it helps the food is good too...lol...hire more pretty waitress, n I'll stop there all the time!!
how about a customer service education course 101.. the service I had was not bad it was PISS POOR! when you enter and seat yourself at the counter and wait for 10 minutes then another patron sits down and IMMEDIATELY gets served, you ask for a menu and the waitress takes it from the other guy who just sat down, requesting a water refill 3 times over when he gets his cup filled automatically, you're given a salad and have NO tableware to eat with and it takes 10 minutes to get it, you specifically ask " NO ONIONS " because... read more
worst service EVER.. People that were seated 20 min after me were getting the food they ordered and I was JUST ordering... 1hour and 15 min I was in there

Servers were very nice , food looked great but my husband and I never received our food after an hour of waiting. It kinda sucked because we are locals and heard such great things. Very disappointed.

RecommendedI thought that the Black Bear Diner in Bullhead City, Az , was the absolute best. Well, Barstow is a close tie!
