There service sucks it took us a hour to get our food and all we ordered was sandwich’s and fries food was great but the service sucks prices are way to high 70$ for four people needless to say we will not be going back also the place was not busy so no need to take that long to make our food

2nd time there. I liked the 1st time better. Thought it was strange that we waited about 7 minuets to b seated even though there wasn’t that many guests. Whatever!
My food was served on a dirty plate that had dried food on it. Spoiled my appetite. I declined a replacement meal. I got up and walked to the cashier, she spoke with her superior. She brought me over a bill for the iced tea..wow...really? Never ever eat there again. I'll go hungry 1st. ������ I won't recommend it to anyone either. Grrrrrr!!!
Didn’t like my breakfast. Steak and eggs. Meat was very touch very hard to chew and hash browns were burnt. Left more than half of it on my plate. The atmosphere was nice. The service was kind of slow. This was my first time there at Black Bear Diner and it will be my last, and all I can say is that it was not really good. I probably will not recommend this restaurant to anybody or even go back again.
Had the Breaded chicken breast dinner. I’ve had this here before snd it was exceptional. Tonight, the salad was just lettuce and 2 slices of cucumber with salad dressing (no cheese, no tomatoes), cornbread was good as always, the breaded chicken breast was mainly all breading and very little chicken, was very disappointing.
We visit this location often as we live in Barstow. Went yesterday and was told it was a 30-40 min wait, we decided to wait and sure enough it was 30 min. Once seated our waitress took about 10 min to come get one drink order. She was not polite at all, asked what we wanted to drink and walked away while I was still talking. I was asking for fries to be put in since my 4 year one was hungry. Nope she just took drink orders and walked away!
