I have to say I was a little skeptical about coming this morning.....Well I was very pleased. The food, atmosphere and the friendly customer service Malissa provided were great!!
Great service, great food and an all around good time!! The YaYa’s got the pleasure of having Marchelle as our waitress!!! We would have just brought her home with us but she had to work🤔 She took care of us and joined in on our silliness making it even more enjoyable. Ask for Marchelle next time you’re in Black Bear Diner and tell her the YaYa’s sent you!!
They got good food and they are very nice people and they always come and check on you give a big shout out to the Rachael she makes sure your glass is full and not let it run out of drink and she always checking on you makeing sure if you need anything
I really enjoyed my visit and food at the BlackBear Diner in Beaumont TX. my waitress Rachael was very helpful and had great customer service, I will be back for sure.
