Family breakfast, I ordered waffles and chicken. 30 minutes in after the rest of my table got their food, the waiter tells me that the waffle maker isn’t working. He offers me pancakes or French toast. I decide on French toast. 30 more minutes go by until I finally receive the order. Common sense would be to receive the chicken while I wait for the toast, but instead I was left ignored. I used to love this place and eat there weekly. But the last year, the quality of the food has gone continually down hill. Orders not followed, food uncooked, sloppy plates, and missing menu items are just some of the issues. Get it together guys.

The service was wonderful. The waiter did a great job! But the food was terrible. We will not eat here again. The pancakes were doughy. Salad had brown pieces in it. The burger was not good, not gross, but disappointing. The macaroni was just kraft mac or like it. The chicken fried steak was good but small. The Browns tasted like rancid oil. Just over all disappointed.

I used to love eating at Black Bear in Beaverton Oregon until out last visit, First off my daughters meal came with shrimp on her plate in which she is highly allergic in which we told them, after lots off confusion they took it away but with the time it took clearly only took off the shrimp not ok this could send her to hospital, Mind not only came out so cold the gravy had set and was totally wrong potatoes wise I ordered fries it came on a bed off country potatoes when I said it was cold and wrong she told me it was becau... read more

They didn't get our order right, part of our food was cold. The waiter looked like he was going to have a heart attack sweaty and red faced.
