Our family had dinner at the Boise location, (3 adults, 1 kid) last night and we were very pleased with both the food and service there. The food was great, we all had steak dinners and they were cooked to perfection. Our waitress was Katie and she did a great job, making sure we had everything we needed. Our wait times were reasonable. After reading the few negative reviews on here, I watched the staff last night and saw smiles, food coming out quickly and happy customers. My friend and I took my grandkids to have breakfast at black bear. We had an amazing time very very good service the guy that waited on us was very attentive and the food was amazing as always.
I had the cinnamon roll French toast, eggs and sausage. My friend ordered lunch and got the pesto chicken pasta, both were excellent. The wait staff was friendly and professional, and we even had a member of Senior Management come by and visit with us for quite a while.
We met with 12 others for breakfast. Service was terrific and so was the food.
Amazing Diner! Food was delicious. My favorite place in Boise.
