In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. Great place. Fun food. Newspaper cute idea to menu. New waitress but she was fine. Not crowded longer time for food but it was delicious once it arrived
